About the place:

Dubbed as ‘Noah’s Ark’ by one Oxford researcher due to its rich biodiversity of flora and fauna, the SAI sanctuary is a home for hundreds of plants and animals that live in peace and safety within its grounds. Many of these species are both endemic and/or seriously threatened with extinction like the Tiger, Black Panther, Dhole (Indian Wild dog), the Asian Elephant, Great Indian Hornbill, Nilgiri Langur, and Lion-tailed Macaque, as well as the Small-Clawed River Otter, Indian Pangolin, and Nilgiri Marten.
